That is a picture of the road to the Chandler, Arizona, hotel the New England Patriots are using this week during their Super Bowl preparations.
“I expect nothing less from coach," receiver Julian Edelman said. "I thought we were staying in New Mexico. I guess that’s the Patriot way.”
Patriots' cornerback Kyle Arrington also noted the relative isolation.
“This place is very secluded, I guess you could say," he said. "We go two miles just to get to the parking lot. The first time we got here I think it was a 2.5 mile drive from the road.”

He was asked if there's an upside to that.
“It’s a good thing," he said. "We have great security checkpoints, so they’re not just letting people get to us. It keeps us focused.”
