Carroll said they are still deciding whether Russell Okung will have to surgery. As of now, he may not.

Day two here at the combine has been dominated by talk about Johnny Manziel's height. He measured 5-11 3/4, producing a bunch of headlines about how he is not six feet tall. We'll move on.
