> Jon Kitna says he will donate his game check from the week of work with the Dallas Cowboys to Lincoln High School. It should be around $53,000.

> ESPN writes about the Seahawks being strong at home against the Rams.

> This is from a few days ago, but still interesting. Monday Morning Quarterback's Greg Bedard breaks down Carson Palmer's game-winning touchdown pass.

> A non-highlight from James Carpenter is highlighted by SI.com's Audibles blog.

> The Rams' run defense is clamping down.

> Also of note from yesterday, Rams WR Tavon Austin (ankle) and DE Chris Long (thigh) were listed as did not participate in what would have been Wednesday's practice.
