Only K.J. Wright and Percy Harvin are listed as out for Sunday. Jermaine Kearse (ankle) is listed as questionable. If he can't go, more snaps for Ricardo Lockette.
In other news:
> When asked if they are going to make a roster move with Percy Harvin, Pete Carroll said, "No." He could well just be talking about Friday. He was again cryptic. UPDATE (2:16): The Seahawks have waived CB Perrish Cox, according to the NFL transactions wire. That would presumably be the move to clear a spot for Walter Thurmond and keep Harvin off IR, for now.
> Sounds like Doug Baldwin will be the kick returner.
> Walter Thurmond will be active for Sunday's game. Byron Maxwell will again start at corner. Thurmond said he wasn't sure what his role will be. He also said the time off gave him a chance to rest his knees, which were bothering him.
> Thurmond was here the whole time and said the transition back to the field was smooth. He said he was studying while out to "keep up with the mental aspects of the game." He was asked if he felt the need to explain anything to the team.
"I didn't have to explain anything to anybody," Thurmond said. "Everybody understood the situation. We're all humans, we all make mistakes. It's just a great group of guys in here. No one in here was judgmental about the situation. If anything, they were more encouraging than anything.
"Life's about living and learning from your mistakes. If you're not learning from your mistakes, you're just going to keep making more mistakes."
> Tavon Austin limited in practice for the Rams.
