According to the league’s transaction report for today, the Seattle Seahawks have signed UTEP receiver Donavon Kemp to the team’s 90-man roster.
At 6-1 and 195 pounds, Kemp replaces Early Doucet, who was released earlier this week.
Kemp, 24, was released by the Dallas Cowboys in April. He suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament during training camp with Dallas in August last year. The Seahawks now have 13 receivers on the roster.
