Here’s my story from the first day of practice, focusing on second-round selection running back Christine Michael.

Seattle head coach Pete Carroll had this to say about Michael on his first day of practice:

“He’s very quick — very quick and sudden,” Carroll said of Michael. “He caught the ball well too, and didn’t have any trouble picking things up to understand the system. For a first day, he got off to a good start.”
