The Seattle Seahawks announced this afternoon that they have re-signed kicker Steven Hauschka.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hauschka, 27, joined Seattle after being claimed off waivers (Denver) on Sept. 4, 2011. He converted 49 of 57 field goals (86 percent) and 80 of 82 extra points, with a long of 52 in his two seasons with the Seahawks.
In 2012, Hauschka made 24 of 27 field goals for a career-high 118 points, and set the franchise-record with 14 consecutive games with a made field goal, from Oct. 9, 2011 to Sept. 16, 2012.
