My story today focuses on second-year safety Kam Chancellor, who has been one of the bright spots in training camp for the Seattle Seahawks.
Chancellor intercepted his third straight pass during camp on Friday, and paired with smaller teammate Earl Thomas, the two safeties have been aptly dubbed “Thunder and lightening.”
“(Thomas) is like the lightning – a little quick flash here and there. And I’m just bringing the boom,” said Chancellor.
Chancellor said veteran safety Lawyer Milloy served as a heavy influence during his first year in the league.
