From CBSsports' Saints correspondent Larry Holder:
RB Chris Ivory was spotted during the open locker room period on crutches and with his foot in a walking boot. Ivory sustained a foot injury during Sunday's loss vs. Tampa Bay. His problems were not addressed by coach Sean Payton during his press conference on Monday
That's good news for the Seahawks. Ivory has been a pleasant surprise this season, leading the Saints in rushing with 716 yards on 137 carries (5.2 ypc) with 5 TDs. He rushed for 99 yards on 24 carries in the previous win over the Seahawks.
The Saints still have pretty good depth at running back with Pierre Thomas healthy again and also Reggie Bush. And I guess they also have Eric's favorite player - Julius Jones.
New Orleans could be acting ultra-cautiously by putting Ivory in the boot with the hopes of getting him ready for Saturday. But it's something to keep an eye on.
