Wednesday injury report: Spencer sits out

After asking about most of the roster in terms of injuries during today's press conference with head coach Pete Carroll, we let one slip by.

Center Chris Spencer did not practice today because of a neck issue. And with Spencer out, Seattle's starting offensive line consisted of Chester Pitts at left tackle, Allen Barbre at left guard, Mike Gibson at center, Stacy Andrews at right guard and Sean Locklear at right tackle.

Matt Hasselbeck (head) did not practice today, as expected, and Charlie Whitehurst took all of the reps with the first unit.

Other Seahawks who did not practice today include DE Chris Clemons (coach decision), DT Colin Cole, DT Brandon Mebane, OT Russell Okung (ankle), OT Tyler Polumbus (knee), FB Michael Robinson (hamstring), WR Golden Tate (ankle) and Mike Williams (knee).

Safety Jordan Babineaux (illness) was a limited participant in practice.

For the Giants, OT Will Beatty (foot), OT Kareem McKenzie (illness), C Shaun O'Hara (foot) and DE Osi Umenyiora (knee) did not practice.

FB Madison Hedgecock (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice, and LB Gerris Wilkinson (hand) was a full participant in practice.
