Practice just finished up for the Seahawks and the guys have headed back to the locker room.
As head coach Pete Carroll noted during his press conference today, the Seahawks had a couple guys back, with quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and defensive tackle Brandon Mebane full go and working with the first unit.
Offensive tackle Russell Okung (ankle) was limited, but did get some work in team drills and was moving a bit gingerly, but is coming along.
Guys who did not practice today include WR Golden Tate (ankle), FB Michael Robinson (hamstring), TE Chris Baker (foot), DT Colin Cole (ankle) and LB Lofa Tatupu (knee)

RB Marshawn Lynch (leg) was limited, but both Tatupu and Lynch should be ready to go on Sunday.
The Seahawks also had a lineup change along the front line, with Mike Gibson working at right guard and Stacy Andrews working at right tackle with the second unit. Chester Pitts got all of the reps at left guard, with Okung and Tyler Polumbus splitting reps at left tackle.
