Both quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and Russell Okung participated extensively in Wednesday's practice.
Hasselbeck was wearing a black brace on his injured left wrist and then wore a tackified glove on the left hand. He participated in all the team drills. He even did hand-offs. Perhaps the one noticeable thing that Hasselbeck did not do was take snaps directly from center. When plays called for him to line up under center, he just held on to the ball and Chris Spencer simulated the snap. I wouldn't read anything into it, other than they are just trying to limit any wear and tear.
Okung worked at left tackle with the first team unit and looked solid in pass protection and moved around well. As Boling said to me, "I'd be surprised if he didn't play on Sunday."
