Running back C.J. Spiller completed his deal with the Buffalo Bills this morning, leaving offensive tackle Russell Okung as the only unsigned, first-round selection.

According ESPN’s John Clayton, Spiller inked a five-year, $25 million contract that could escalate to $37.5 million, and includes $20.8 million in guarantees.
