Dempsey feels hamstring 'not that bad'

Before tonight's friendly, Sounders general manager Garth Lagerwey talked about Clint Dempsey's hamstring injury.

After the match, coach Sigi Schmid added this:

"I talked to (Dempsey) last night. He gets in tonight. He feels that it’s not that bad. I talked to (national team coach Jurgen Klinsmann) as well. Jurgen said he was definitely out tomorrow; thought he might be able to go the following Tuesday but didn’t want to push him with the national team right now, so that’s why he sent him home. So we’ll have him evaluated. He’s got the MRI with him, as well. We’ve seen snippets of it and then we’ll make a decision."
