Those hopes took on some shape over the weekend, when the club revealed a general artist's conception of what the thing might look like: a generally traditional horseshoe with a roof and no suites.
What the project still lacks is money or even a timetable.
The club had once hoped to have broken ground this year. And since that won't be happening -- and may not happen for years ahead -- the club has decided to reduce ticket prices for next season.
