The season-ticket update a couple of posts below mentions this Sounders' season-ticket package including 15 regular season games and "three international friendlies." Take that literally.
The club is assured of at least one CONCACAF Champions League home match, but that game will be played at Starfire, and it will be played at Starfire Sports Stadium, as will any early-round home U.S. Open Cup matches.
The MLS regular season schedule is expected to be announced next week. Those international friendlies will be announced when the deals are struck.
Indications are that at least one non-European team will be brought in. And the club sounds hopeful of coming close to exciting its fans with some international names at least in the same ballpark as last season's Chelsea-Barca-MLS Cup trio.

(And speaking of Starfire, that awful artificial turf was one of the few less-than-first-class things about the Sounders inaugural season. Club officials said today that there remains time to replace it with Quest-like FieldTurf this season. However, that decision has not yet been made.)
