The Sounders apparently eased off the gas a bit today, on their third day of training in Arizona.
Here's part of the team report:
The team was split into nine groups of three and played a spirited, close-quarters, nine-man passing game. They played two sessions of the timed drill, and the losing teams from each session had to do pushups.
Next the game expanded in size and included all 27 players with the focus looking to be on movement and ball control in tight spaces while keeping things competitive.
