Sounders: Alonso, Hahnemann, Weber, Montero, All-Stars ... but no allocation money

A few domestic notes before going international:

* Sounders midfielder Osvaldo Alonso practiced fully today and is expected to be full-go Saturday when Sounders visit San Jose.

* Hamstring injury is expected to keep reserve keeper Marcus Hahnemann out longer than expected -- about a month. Former Sounders No. 2 Andrew Weber will take over the reserve duties.

* General manager Adrian Hanauer says a deal that would send Fredy Montero to Sporting Lisbon seems close but is not yet official. He clarified that the deal could bring cash, but not allocation money.

"Nothing official, but it appears unlikely that we will get allocation out of the deal," he said. "… I was never particularly confident that we would be getting allocation money, and it’s just becoming a little more clear that we’ll likely not get allocation money. But as the deal gets done, if it’s not allocation money, it’s cash that we’ll be able to convert into the product as well."

* Hanauer said the Sounders would eventually like to bring an MLS All-Star game to Seattle, although it doesn't seem a high or immediate priority.
