The Sounders have concluded their final training session before their 8 p.m. Sunday visit from Chivas USA.
Afterward, coach Sigi Schmid said goalkeeper Michael Gspurning will not be in uniform tomorrow. He said there has been no setback in Gspurning's progress from a forearm injury, but that MLS pool keeper Doug Herrick will be in reserve behind Andrew Weber.
Oba Martins, Djimi Traore and Brad Evans all see fully available, although Eddie Johnson (national team) and Shalrie Joseph (calf) are out.

Overview: We’re at home so we want to do well, and we want to get the win. The points are import for it; it’s important to maximize our points at home.
On Chivas' defensive orientation: They’re going to be harder to break down than they were the last time because they’re even more defensively orientated than last time. They’ve added Bocanegra. … They’ve got nine guys behind the ball sometimes, so you have to do a good job of possession, you’ve got to do a good job of trying to isolate people at key moments. Obviously we don’t have some of the wide players that we have before – like Zakuani who is injured, or Caskey who can 1-on-1 – so we have to do it in different ways: do it through pairs. But they’re definitely going to be a hard team to break down. That’s the way they’ve tired to play it as of late, and tried to stay in games.
