Sounders' leading scorer Eddie Johnson left Sounders training angrily on Tuesday and was missing today. Apparently since then he has sent some unhappy-sounding posts on social media.

"It’s not an issue at all because we’re focused as a team to do well and to be successful," Schmid said. "He’s been a big part of our team. It’s some things that we’ll work through."
Johnson, of course, created a controversy earlier this season after celebrating an Aug. 31 goal at Columbus by rubbing his fingers together and mouthing the words "Pay me." Johnson makes about $150,000 this season, which ranks him about seventh on the team.
