Whitecaps-Sounders draw wild Cascadia match

Final: 2-2. Sounders go to 8-3-2 in league, and 0-0-2 in Cascadia Cup. RSL would move to top of table with win over Dallas tonight.

82' GOAL Sounders. Pineda places it nicely and softly. We're at 2-2 in a game so wild it's no time to assume we've seen it all.

66' GOAL Whitecaps. Frei chases ball al the way to touchline, then kicks it upfield where Koffie chips it in. Vancouver, 2-1.

57th minute: Djimi Traore goes out with an injury. Brad Evans comes in at center back.

Second half: ... has just begun.

39' GOAL Whitecaps. Amazing answer from Hurtado, who literally jukes Ozzie/Traore off their feet and finishes just under crossbar. 1-1.

Whitecaps outshot Sounders, 14-4.

36' GOAL Sounders. Header from Barrett from near the penalty spot. Seattle up, 1-0.

First 30 minutes: Whitecaps come out like they were shot out of cannon, taking first eight shots. None in, however. Scoreless. Very nice play from Marco Pappa.
