You can combine a road trip with a movie starting Friday as Bremerton drive-in reopens

Located near the Bremerton Airport, the Rodeo Drive-In Theater is reopening Friday, June 5, after being closed since March 24.

The plan is to show a wide variety of films, from “The Invisible Man” to “Shrek.”

In a statement on its Facebook page, the theater said “things will not be exactly like they used to be” and “the state has given us certain guidelines that need to be followed.” If not followed, people will be asked to leave. The rules are:

Customers must remain in their vehicles at all times except to visit the restroom or concessions area.

Customers must wear a cloth face covering when leaving cars for any reason.

Advance ticket and concessions purchases are requested via http://www.rodeodrivein.com/.

Customers are asked to limit restroom visits to one at a time from their vehicle, except to accompany children.

Customers must not park their vehicle within 10 feet of each other.

Customers are asked to practice social/physical distancing when outside their vehicles by abiding by floor markings as well as designated areas in the public spaces such as the snack bar and restroom.
