Blake Shelton leads off Washington State Fair entertainment lineup in Puyallup

Country star Blake Shelton is the Washington State Fair’s first announced headliner.

Shelton will play the Puyallup fair on Saturday, Sept. 3 on the Grandstand Stage.

The State Fair runs Sept. 2-25.

Tickets for Shelton’s show go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday. Prices are $125, $175, $225, $300 and include admission to the fair.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Shelton released a deluxe version of his new album “Body Language” on Dec. 3. The album features his 28th country radio chart-topper, “Happy Anywhere,” with wife Gwen Stefani.

As a coach for NBC’s “The Voice,” Shelton most recently helped contestant Cam Anthony claim victory in the singing competition TV show.

Tickets for Shelton’s show will be available on The Fair website, the fair.com. Tickets are subject to standard fees.

The Spring Fair runs April 14-16 and 21-24.
