‘Pray for Me’ Superbowl half-time singer is coming to Seattle in August, tickets available

The Weeknd will be coming to Seattle on his “After Hours Til Dawn” international tour, his first global stadium tour.

The concert will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 25, at Lumen Field, bringing his range of pop, electronic and R&B music to the home of the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders.

The Weeknd is known for hits such as “Can’t Feel My Face,” “StarBoy,” “Call Out My Name,” and “Pray for Me” from Marvel’s Black Panther.

Tickets are for sale online through Ticketmaster, and range from $50.50 to $425 a piece.

VIP tickets are available for $325-$425. A Gold VIP package costs $425 and includes a reserved price level ticket, limited edition gift item, commemorative VIP laminate, on-site VIP hosts and a separate VIP entrance. A Silver VIP package costs $325 and includes a premium ticket as well as the same gift item, VIP laminate, hosts and entrance to the venue as the Gold VIP package.

The Weeknd is also using his tour as an opportunity to help others through partnering with The United Nations World Food Program to launch the XO Humanitarian Fund.

The fund helps feed those around the world who are lacking food and on the brink of famine. For each ticket sold in North America, The Weeknd will donate $1 to the fund, in addition to a separate $500,000 donation.
