Classy Chassis car, rod and truck show in Sumner

It’s all about cars at the annual Classy Chassis car, rod and truck show in downtown Sumner. Scope out new and old muscle cars or show off your own from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Sunday. Sponsored by the Sumner Downtown Association, the event will feature music, vendors and food. Admission is free to spectators. For more information, call 253-891-4260.

Latin Arts Fest takes over People’s Park in Tacoma

Experience Latin culture and traditions of the Americas at the Latin Arts Festival at People’s Park, 900 S. Martin Luther King Way, Tacoma. Join in event activities for the family, discover contemporary Latino artists, sample authentic cuisine and check out traditional folk arts and crafts. It’s all happening from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday and is sponsored by Centro Latino with a mission to promote cross-cultural understanding of Latino culture. Tacoma Comedy Club hosts gender wars show

Gender wars comes to the Tacoma Comedy Club when stand-up and improv collide to determine who is better once and for all. Tango ’till Sunset outdoors at Tacoma’s Museum of Glass
