Andrews sings and dances in multiple scenes, bringing joy to children who struggled after losing their mother. Ms. Mojo ranked the scene of Maria and the captain dancing outside the party.

They were demonstrating how to dance with a partner for his children. It's obvious they realize their feelings for each other, which is inconvienent since the captain is engaged.

"The moment when the stuffy patriarch shows his romantic side," the narrator said in the ranking video. Plummer's character smiles throughout the dance, which is far from his stoic demeanor at the beginning of the story. The moment is important to the story since it leads to the characters either accepting or running away from their feelings for each other.

It's been over 60 years since the movie's release, and one of the stars continues to work in period movies. Andrews is now 90 years old and the voice of Lady Whistledown in Bridgerton. The Netflix series is a Regency-era drama with beautiful dancing scenes.
