'Celebrity Sex Pass' trailer instigates sex with Jon Hamm

April 24 (UPI) -- Sony Pictures Classics released a teaser trailer for Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass on Friday. The film opens July 10.

The teaser shows a single scene. Gail (Zoey Deutch) visits a psychic (Kerri Kenney-Silver) who knows in great detail that Gail's husband slept with a celebrity after they agreed to give each other permission to sleep with their celebrity crushes.

The psychic advises Zoe to sleep with hers, Jon Hamm.

Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Sony Pictures Classics bought the film after the festival ended.

UPI praised the film's absurdity in its Sundance review. Gail accumulates a coterie of friends in her Hollywood journey, including John Slattery playing himself. Hamm also costars.

David Wain and Ken Marino wrote the film. Wain directs.

The ensemble also includes Ben Wang, Sabrina Impacciatore, Jo Lo Truglio, Marino, Thomas Lennon and more.
