'Storage Wars' Star Darrell Sheets' Ex-Wife Kimber Wuerfel Breaks Silence After His Death
Storage Wars star Darrell Sheets unexpectedly died at 67 in late April, and his ex-wife, Kimber Wuerfel, just broke her silence more than a week later.
On April 22, TMZ broke the news of the A&E Network star's death, with Lake Havasu Police confirming the reality star's death.
Wuerfel took to Instagram on April 30 with a video featuring a montage of photos of herself and Sheets set to the song "These Memories" by Hollow Coves. Wuerfel and Sheets were together from roughly 2011 until their divorce in 2016.
"I haven't had the words until now," she began her tribute. "Thank you for all the love, prayers, and condolences, it has meant more than I can say."
Wuerfel continued, "Darrell gave us so many moments of laughter, connection, and life.
May the memories you hold of him stay close to your heart, as mine will stay with me forever. From our family to yours, thank you. We will make an announcement in the future, for those who wish to participate in a service."

In the comments, Wuerfel's followers showered her with prayers and condolences. One Instagram user wrote, "I'm so sorry, Kimber. Darrell was a kind and gentle soul ❤️."
Someone else shared, "You are always in our prayers. We love you, and we loved Darrell. We are all here for you. Love you so much, momma K. 🙌🩷."
A different follower echoed, "I'm so sorry for your loss. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. ❤️."
Yet another fan pointed out, "Will be missed.....he left a mark on all who watched him."
Meanwhile, yet another Instagram user commented, "This one hurts, may God protect you and your family! He's in a better place. RIP DARRELL! ❤️😇."
