Heated Rivalry's Hudson Williams Makes His Highly Anticipated Met Gala Debut
Heated Rivalry star Hudson Williams made his Met Gala debut at the prestigious New York City event on Monday, May 4.
For starters, Williams, 25, turned heads with a dramatic hair and makeup look inspired by Natalie Portman in the 2010 film Black Swan, directed by Darren Aronofsky. His hair and makeup were done by Aika Flores.
As for his outfit, Williams wore an embellished Balenciaga baby blue mini jacket with a white collar, diamond choker, and matching trousers. His pants featured a long black train.
It's been a whirlwind few months for Williams. The young actor catapulted to fame after starring as hockey player Shane Hollander on the breakout Crave series directed by Jacob Tierney, based on Rachel Reid's Game Changers book series.
Williams played Hollander alongside fellow up-and-coming star Connor Storrie as Ilya Rozanov. Storrie, 26, also made his Met Gala debut this year in a stunning Saint Laurent suit.
Though the HR fandom is itching for season 2, they'll have to be patient! Tierny, 46, who also directed hockey fan favorites Letterkennyand Shoresy, confirmed that the series isn't slated to return until April 2027, with filming beginning this summer.

In the meantime, Reid's Game Changers series consists of Game Changer (2018), Heated Rivalry (2019), Tough Guy (2020), Common Goal (2020), Role Model (2021), The Long Game (2022), and her upcoming novel Unrivaled (scheduled for 2027). Unrivaled will be Reid's third book with Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov as the central characters.
Outside of the Heated Rivalry universe, Williams has several big projects on the horizon, including Netflix's The Altruists, Crave's Yaga, and a dark comedy thriller titled Apparatus, co-starring Dylan O'Brien.
