Savannah Guthrie Issues Heartbreaking Plea on Mother's Day

Savannah Guthrie is remembering her mom on Mother's Day.

On Sunday, May 10, the Today anchor shared an emotional Instagram post that included some throwback clips of her beloved mom. In the caption, Savannah also issued a heartbreaking plea to the public.

"Mother, daughter, sister, Nonie - we miss you with every breath. We will never stop looking for you. We will never be at peace until we find you," Savannah captioned the post. "We need help. Someone knows something that can make the difference. Call 1-800-CALL-FBI. You can be anonymous and the reward remains available. Please keep praying. Bring her home."

Fans have already flooded the comments section of the post to offer love and support to Savannah and her family during this difficult time.

"I'm praying for her, you, and your family daily, Savannah," one person wrote.

"Still praying for your momma to come home to you," someone else said.

"I can't begin to imagine how difficult today is. Sending all comforting thoughts," a third comment read.

Nancy Guthrie, 84, has been missing since Feb. 1. Investigators believe that she was abducted from her Arizona home in the middle of the night and her whereabouts are still unknown.

As the investigation into Nancy's disappearance continues, the Guthrie family is undoubtedly working through a variety of emotions-and their first Mother's Day without their matriarch is likely to be especially painful as they continue searching for answers.
