May 15 (UPI) -- Megan Moroney has officially released her song "Traitor (Roles Reversed)."
The country music star, 28, shared the song across all platforms Friday, along with a lyric video for the track.
"Traitor (Roles Reversed)" originally appeared as one of two exclusive tracks on the Target edition of Moroney's album Cloud 9, released in February.
In the lyrics, Moroney sings about a love interest who is a "master manipulator" and treats her like a "traitor" for suspecting he is cheating.
Cloud 9 also features the singles "6 Months Later," "Beautiful Things" and "Medicine," along with 12 other tracks.
Moroney will promote the album with a new tour of North America and Europe that begins May 29 in Columbus, Ohio, and concludes Oct. 1 in Belfast.
Moroney is the most-nominated artist at this year's Academy of Country Music Awards, which will take place Sunday in Las Vegas and stream on Prime Video.
