Fans Can't Get Over Ali Larter's Appearance at the 'Legally Blonde' Reunion
Ali Larter is giving Legally Blonde fans all the endorphins after showing up at the film's recent 25th anniversary reunion looking positively ageless.
Larter, who played accused killer Brooke Taylor Windham in the original 2001 film, looked stunning in a black, strapless dress featuring floral details as she reunited with co-stars Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Coolidge, Selma Blair, Matthew Davis and Victor Garber at a New York City fan event on Saturday, June 20.
"Legally Blonde 25th Anniversary," Larter, 50, wrote on Instagram alongside photos of her look for the reunion event. "Is it even possible?! It was so amazing to reconnect with this special cast and reminisce about all our favorite scenes. Ummmm… Liposuction!"
"What a dream to be part of a movie that has inspired so many people and delivered so much laughter and pure joy," she continued, adding of Prime Video's upcoming prequel series, "Can't wait to watch Elle!"
Larter's followers were quick to brand her an "ageless icon," with one commenter writing, "You simply do not age. It's wild!" Another person commented, "Time has barely passed you by!! Still as gorgeous as ever," as a third chimed in, "Ali you look better than ever."
A different Instagram user gushed, "Absolutely love you girl you're looking elegant as ever and stunningly beautiful," as another wrote, "Both you and Reese are timeless beauties."
More than two decades after Larter introduced Legally Blonde fans to Brooke's Butt-Buster Workout, Prime Video is set to debut its prequel series Elle, starring Lexi Minetree as a young Elle Woods.
Elle follows Elle Woods "in 1995 as a fish in the tumultuous waters of high school where she encounters tricky friendships, forbidden romance and questionable fashion choices," as per the official logline. "Through it all, Elle uses her family as a touchstone, and forms an even tighter bond to her mother, proving that they can get through anything life throws their way as long as they have each other. With each challenge she faces, Elle grows closer to the Elle Woods we know and love today."
Elle also stars June Diane Raphael, Tom Everett Scott, Jacob Moskovitz, Gabrielle Policano, Chandler Kinney, Zac Looker and Amy Pietz, with Brad Harder, Chloe Wepper, Danielle Chand, David Burtka, the late James Van Der Beek, Jessica Belkin, Kayla Maisonet, Lisa Yamada, Logan Shroyer, Matt Oberg and Sharon Taylor recurring.
All eight episodes of Elle debut on Prime Video on July 1.
