Find out what’s new in RVs at the 32nd annual Tacoma Fall RV Show this weekend. The event will showcase everything the industry has to offer, from hundreds of the latest makes and models to closeouts and preowned vehicles, there’s something for everyone to see in all shapes, sizes and price ranges. It’s all happening at the Tacoma Dome, 2727 E. D St., Tacoma. Hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $12, $6 with military ID, free to those 16 and younger. If you love Western art, then make plans to take in the annual Celebration of Western and Wildlife Art Show and Sale being held this weekend at the Fred Oldfield Center at the Washington State Fair and Events Center, 110 Ninth Ave. SW, Puyallup. You will be able to meet more than 100 of the country’s top artists and see more than 20,000 square feet of art display including paintings, photography, carvings, bronzes jewelry and more. Free to the public with free parking and receptions. Hours are 3-10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. ▪ Make plans to delve into Nordic culture and fun at the annual Nordic Festival on Saturday. Hosted by Embla No. 2 Daughters of Norway Tacoma, the day will include family-friendly activities, traditional music, arts, crafts, Viking artifacts and traditional foods. It is 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Edgemont Junior High School, 2300 110th Ave. E., Edgewood. There is a $2 admission and children younger than 12 are free.
▪ For all gardeners out there, mark your calendar for the Fall Family Garden Festival and Tree Sale starting at 10 a.m. Saturday. Bring the family and learn about yard care, tree planting, arts and crafts and ask master gardeners questions. It’s all happening at the Pierce County Master Gardener Demonstration Garden, 2607 W. Pioneer Way, Puyallup. It’s free.
