Dolls and teddy bears galore at Washington State Fair Events Center
For all you doll and teddy bear fans, make it to the Washington State Fair Events Center, 110 Ninth Ave. SW, Puyallup, for the Crossroads Doll & Teddy Bear show this weekend. It features vendors and displays for every collector’s liking, including antiques, miniatures, doll-making supplies, accessories and furniture. Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $8 adults, $4 kids younger than 12. Enter at the Gold Gate.
Annual Celtic Faire at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church
Delve into the Celtic culture at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church’s annual Celtic Faire. It will feature traditional dancers and music, crafts and gifts, high tea, a bake shop, plus children’s activities. It runs 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at the church, 7410 S. 12th St., Tacoma. Bring the family out for a fun day of free activities.
Tacoma Little Theatre presents “Rabbit Hole”
Tacoma Little Theatre’s latest production, “Rabbit Hole,” is in its opening weekend. The story of Becca and Howie Corbett and the loss of the son is billed as painful, poignant and often funny. The play will continue through Nov. 8 at the theater, 210 N. I St., Tacoma. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays.
