Get some holiday shopping done at the White Christmas Market at 3 p.m. Wednesday. There will even be live reindeer for the kids and live music by Chris Anderson. Admission is free. It’s being held at Weatherly Inn, 6016 N Highlands Pkwy, Tacoma.

Guitarist and Grammy Award-winning Warren Haynes bring fresh blood into the heart of soul and blues. He is coming with his band, The Ashes & Dust Band, to The Moore Theatre, 1932 Second Ave., Seattle, for a 7:30 p.m. show Wednesday. You may know Chris Mann as a finalist on “The Voice,” or as one of the original Warblers from “Glee.” Just off a tour as the Phantom in “Phantom of the Opera,” he will sing holiday favorites in a 7:30 p.m. show Thursday at The Washington Center for Performing, 512 Washington St. SE, Olympia. Tickets are $11-$42, plus a $3 service fee, and are available at 360-753-8586 or washingtoncenter.com.

Get a leg up on employment help at the City of Tacoma and Tacoma Public Library Employment Workshop being held 1-2:30 p.m. Thursday. It is in the Olympic Room, Tacoma Public Library, 1102 Tacoma Ave. S., and it’s free.

Join Cassandra Reinbolt, a graduate of PLU, when she gives a talk on the history of her instrument, the harp, then perform a collection of classic holiday musical selections at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. She will be at the Anderson University Center, Room # 101, Pacific Lutheran University, 12180 Park Ave. S., Tacoma. The event fee $15, walk-ins welcome, however a campus parking pass is required.
