GET OUT: Clothing and toy swap, beer fest, dancing and boatings

Kids Clothing/Toy Swap noon-2 p.m. Saturday. It is a polite, first-come, first-served swap. Please bring at least one item to swap, but more is welcome; you can leave with as many things as you like. Come out to King’s Books, 218 St. Helens Ave., Tacoma, for the eco-friendly event. Belgian Fest is all about drinking Washington beer and will highlight more than 100 Belgian-style beers crafted by local breweries. Beers styles include tripels, dubbels, saisons, wits, abbeys and lambics, and all are brewed with Belgian yeast. There will be two sessions — noon-4 p.m. and 5:30-9:30 p.m.— Saturday at the Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center, 305 Harrison St., Seattle. Seattle Boat Show, Indoors and Afloat is in full swing. See everything from stand-up paddleboards to super yachts, and check out more than three acres of accessories and at least 200 free seminars. It’s taking place at CenturyLink Field and at Chandler’s Cove, South Lake Union. Hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. It opens Friday (Jan. 29) and runs through Feb. 6.
