Love on ice is nice

In its 20th year, the Lakewood Winter Club this weekend presents “Reflections On Ice: Love is in the Air,” an ice skating extravaganza. Show features guest stars Kim Navarro and Brent Bommentre, and more than 65 local skaters and Northwest Champions, at Sprinker Recreation Center, 14824 C St. S., Tacoma. Showtimes are 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Friday , 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $12-$18. Parking is free. Wine walk in Sumner

Make it a night out with friends, your sweetheart or other couples at the annual Sweetheart Wine Walk in downtown Sumner. Indulge in fine wines, chocolates and listen to music while strolling historic Sumner. Explore local shops and wineries . There is an offer for an overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Back for another Valentine’s concert, Air Supply will perform 8 p.m. Saturday at the Emerald Queen Casino, 2024 E. 29th St., Tacoma. The British/Austrailian duo to rock the house with hits such as “All Out of Love, “ “Lost in Love, “ “The One That You Love, “ “Here I Am” and “The Power of Love.” Tickets available through Ticketmaster.

Vintage vehicle show in Puyallup

Find everything you might want or need for your car at the annual Early Bird Automotive Show and Swap Meet at the Washington State Fair Events Center, 110 Ninth Ave. SW, Puyallup. With 1,000 booths featuring cars, parts for all collectible makes and models, plus a large selection of antique and collectibles. The show runs 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday. Stage show spotlights Chinese history

Learn about Chinese history at the stage production “Empress Wu Zetain” at the Pantages Theater, 901 Broadway, Tacoma. Produced by Tianjin People’s Act Theater, it is the story of the first and only empress, Wu Zetian, and her rule from 624-705 AD. Show stars Liu Xiaoqin in the lead role. Trevor Noah performs at Paramount

Having succeeded Jon Stewart on “The Daily Show,” Trevor Noah has made his own mark in the comedy world. Hailing from South Africa, Noah performed all over South Africa performing stand up comedy and has performed on “The Tonight Show,” “Late Show with David Letterman” and a one-hour special on Comedy Central.
