Tacoma Art Museum Used Book Sale 5-7 p.m. Thursday. Books are a wide range of artistic subjects including exhibition cataloges, art history, biographies, art instruction and more. Aimee Mann and Billy Collins come together for a 7:30 p.m. show Friday. Collins, former U.S. Poet Laureate with Mann, a Oscar-nominated songwriter, will provide an evening of song and words.
