Seagull Calling Festival takes over the Port Orchard Waterfront Marina Park this weekend. There will be the popular “Seagull” Wings Cook-off served up by amateur and professional cooks, plus the namesake Seagull Calling Contest with contestants of all ages, some in costumes and some as teams, taking to the beach to win awards.
