Habitat Restoration Work Regular stewardship activities caring for the park by removing invasive plant species, re-planting areas with native plants and helping those plants thrive. Ellensburg Rodeo The four-day event culminates with the Labor Day Monday championship finals. The rodeo runs in conjunction with the Kittitas County Fair, already in full swing. Times are 6:45 p.m. Friday (Sept. 2), 12:45 p.m. Saturday, 11:45 a.m. Sunday and Sunday. Go to ellensburgrodeo.com for all the events, including the fair.
