‘Dracula’ at Tacoma Little Theatre

For the first time, Tacoma Little Theatre tackles “Dracula,” with an adaptation by Steven Dietz from the famous Bram Stoker novel. In this version, the vampire stalks London, exerting his will with a theatrical flair.

Sumi-e art at the library

The Puget Sound Sumi Artists celebrate 30 years with an exhibit at the Handforth Gallery. It includes 55 pieces of sumi-e art with color, collage and calligraphy.

Art-Sci salon at UPS

This year’s Art-Sci Salong kicks off at the University of Puget Sound with “Dual Nature,” an evening with scientific illustrators Véronique Robigou, Barbara Ierulli and Liz Fuller. Includes food and drink, presentation and talk time.

Fools Play improv returns

Tacoma improv theater troupe Fools Play is returning to its Tacoma Little Theatre roots, with regular Saturday night shows of zany comedy beginning this weekend with special guests Ubiquitous They from the University of Puget Sound. Recommended for ages 16 and up.
