Massimo University Place still working through building issues

The owners of Massimo Bar and Grill in University Place were hoping to be in business this week, but electrical wiring in need of some updating will delay the opening of the family friendly Italian restaurant. Click here to read what I wrote earlier this month about the restaurant that is an outpost of the original Massimo in Purdy.

Rich Johnson, a co-owner of Massimo University Place location who has worked with owners Massimo and Cindy Terracciano for the last nine years, told me by phone this morning that they had made upgrades to the building’s electrical wiring and that passed the inspection, but some of the older wiring in the building’s ceilings was in need of replacing.
