Round 2 of the Pierce County Taco Bracket is closed. Here’s who moved on to the next round

Taqueria El Sabor. El Antojo. Vuelve A La Vida

All three are local favorites, and all three are moving on to the second round of the Pierce County Taco Bracket.

But they’re not the only three. Thirteen other Tacoma-area restaurants, taco trucks and taquerias were voted by you last week to advance in the bracket, setting up eight delicious matchups this week.

Taqueria El Sabor has a tough head-to-head against Ricos Tacos in the second round. On the other side of the bracket, Vuelve A La Vida is up against Birrieria Tijuana after the duo outvoted Taqueria La Fondita and Marco’s Cantina & Lolitas Cocina, respectively.

These are just two of the eight matchups you get to vote on to decide which taco joints move on to the quarterfinals. Voting closes at noon on Friday.
