Calling TNT subscribers: Grab a pint with TNT Diner scribe Kristine Sherred

In a continued effort to demystify the work we do every day and connect more intentionally with you, our loyal readers, we’d like to buy you a pint!

Specifically, we’re hosting a meet-and-greet on June 10, 4-6 p.m., at Sig Brewing in South Tacoma with TNT Diner reporter Kristine Sherred. We hope it offers subscribers a casual opportunity to meet Kristine in-person, chat with her about her work and the local restaurant scene, ask questions and share ideas.

It’s free to attend, but space is limited and an RSVP is required.

Last month, we also introduced “Dear Diner,” a new advice column in which you ask specific Tacoma dining questions for Kristine to answer in a future story. Keep an eye out for upcoming editions.

If you’re interested in joining us on Tuesday, RSVP here with your name and email. The first 50 registrants will receive a ticket at check-in to exchange for a drink at the bar.

Sig Brewing South is located at 5419 South Tacoma Way. Find limited parking in the lot behind the taproom at South 54th Street and South Puget Sound Avenue, as well as free street parking in the neighborhood.

If you’re hungry, Kristine recommends ordering a smashburger from Radnor’s next door, either at the counter or from your phone (staff will deliver to your table inside Sig Brewing).
