West Wilson Calls 'Summer House' Reunion the 'Darkest Form of Therapy'

West Wilson is opening up about the highly contentious Summer House season 10 reunion.

West, 31, discussed how difficult it was to film the reunion during a Monday, May 5, episode of his "Show Me Something" podcast, which he cohosts with WNBA star Sophie Cunningham.

"These are my friends, and I've caused a lot of damage, which f***ing sucks," West said of the Summer House drama involving his new romance with Amanda Batula. "It's gonna take time, for sure. Doing the reunion was one step. Got through [it] and we're on the other side of it. Reunions aren't fun."

He added, "It's the darkest form of therapy. You don't normally get that much feedback on how your actions impact other people."

West, who confirmed his romance with Amanda, 34, in March, explained that he hopes to "be better" when it comes to cultivating and maintaining his friendships.

"I'm not trying to be cliché, but the only thing I can do from this is learn and try and be better," he said. "The only way you can make experiences like this worth it, as dark as it gets, is to be better form it later."

West continued, "Obviously, I have a lot to learn from and be better for, but it's absolutely the only way you can turn it positive."

Elsewhere in the episode, he opened up about the infamous leaked reunion audio clips, which featured a heated discussion between him, Amanda, her estranged husband Kyle Cooke and West's ex Ciara Miller, who was close friends with Amanda before her romance with West.

"I don't think anyone on stage could ever do it," he said. "It's gotta be where [the] audio [team] is."

West added that Bravo found the alleged culprit and subsequently fired them from the network, but did not publicly release the individual's name.

"I'm gonna ask eventually," he added. "I don't think that's ever happened before. Bravo is so buttoned up with everything. I'm sure they're so f***ing pissed. Obviously, it wasn't me."

West and Amanda's romance confirmation comes months after she announced her separation from Cooke, 43, after four years of marriage.

"We've seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity," the pair wrote via Instagram at the time. "It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it."

Ciara, 30, broke her silence on the matter while chatting with Glamour last month, sharing, "To experience it so publicly is like another layer, and then to have to see what you thought was your life still play out in season 10. It's a major mindf***."

Cooke, for his part, also called Amanda and West's romance a "mindf***."
