Family and close friends are mourning the death of British reality star Jake Hall.

The Only Way Is Essex star was found dead in a villa after he appeared to suffer from a fatal head wound, The Sun reported on May 7, 2026. He was 35.

Police suspect he may have smashed his head through a glass door. Several individuals who were staying at the villa have been questioned, but no arrests have been made.

While Hall rose to fame through reality TV, his personal life was a bit more on the private side.

The entrepreneur shared an 8-year-old daughter, River Bella Hall, with his ex-girlfriend and Ladies of London star Misse Beqiri.

"Her blunt honesty and refusal to shy away from hard truths place her squarely at the center of the friend-group drama," the network stated.

She's currently a model signed to One Management and is also the founder of Gallery by HER, a premium marble furniture company.

What Has Misse Beqiri Said About Jake Hall's Death?

Although Beqiri has yet to publicly speak out about her ex's death, her rep released a statement.

"At this time, Misse's focus is on supporting and protecting their child as they come to terms with this," Beqiri's rep told The Mirror. "The family are asking for privacy, compassion and respect while they grieve privately."

What Have Misse Beqiri and Jake Hall Said About Parenthood?

While Beqiri has kept her children off of social media - minus major holidays or celebrations - Hall appeared to be more open about his fatherhood journey.

"Putting this up again - My heart hurts not having you next to me daily but - we will conquer the world kid with good vibes and believing you can do absolutely anything you set your mind to," Hall wrote via Instagram in February 2025 with photos of his daughter. "NEVER GIVE UP DAD – BOOOOM✨."

Three days before his death, Hall shared a photo with River, writing, "My world - my world! My world ❤️‍🔥."
