Several airlines affected by brief reservations outage

Several airlines — including Alaska, American and Hawaiian — that use reservations vendor Sabre Corp. had an outage this morning.

Customers and Alaska Air agents were not able to access the reservations system for flight check ins. For Alaska, 15 flights were delayed by between five and 15 minutes, said Alaska Airlines spokeswoman Amy Zaninovich via email.

The issue has been resolved for Alaska, she wrote.
