South Sound Business People

▪  Joe Angevine has joined The Doty Group, in Tacoma, as a staff accountant. He works in tax preparation, accounting services, and audit and assurance for the firm. He received a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology. Angevine spent a few years in real estate and returned to school at the University of Washington for a certificate in accounting and is currently working on a master’s degreee from the University of Washington Tacoma.

▪  Rocky Bilyeu has also joined The Doty Group as a valuation analyst. He will work in business, pension and social security valuations, fraud investigation and internal control reviews. He has seven years experience and received his bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University and an associate’s degree from Pierce College.

▪  Holly Hayes is a new tax manager also with The Doty Group. In that capacity she will provide service clients while coaching, advising, supporting, and collaborating with team members. Hayes serves as a strategic team member — planning, organizing, and controlling multiple responsibilities and resources to achieve assignment and firm objectives.

She received a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington Tacoma and obtained a CPA license. She is currently working on her Masters in Taxation at Golden Gate University.
