You can now tour model for $1M homes in this East Pierce County mega-development
A homebuilder in the Bonney Lake-area Tehaleh development recently announced the opening of a new model home in a developing neighborhood.
The new model’s GPS location is at 15709 210th Ave. E., in the Glacier Pointe neighborhood at Tehaleh. The model opened June 7.
Garrette Custom Homes, the builder, is among nine Glacier Pointe homebuilders at Tehaleh, a master-planned community. Garrette will build 27 homes within the neighborhood. Home designs will range from 2,909-4,460 square feet and start at $1.1 million.
The homes are on one-third to a half-acre home sites.
The new model home features Garrette’s “Shasta” model with a daylight basement option.
According to a release from the homebuilder, the home has “4,460 square feet with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. Other design features are primary bedroom on the main level, den and daylight basement.”
The neighborhood schools are Ptarmigan Ridge Elementary, Orting Middle School and Orting High School.
