Italian company acquires Kent’s Cablewise
A Kent company whose main business is power cable diagnostic testing is being acquired by a 16-year-old Italian company, Techimp, whose expertise is in the same field.
The acquisition is part of a new partnership with Cablewise’s former owner, Kent-based Novinium.
The ownership change will allow Novinium to more tightly focus on its power and utility cable repair business.
